method of use
◆Base surface treatment: before perfusion, the filling space shall be cleaned, mainly including dust, oil and other dirt; When repairing defects such as cracks, the base surface shall be moistened to saturation with water, but no open water shall be left during construction.
◆Calculate the amount of powder and water consumption according to the construction area or the construction area per unit time. Each mixing amount shall ensure that all construction is completed before the slurry loses leveling property.
◆Water/material ratio: water/material =0.15:1.
◆Stirring: first add water into the mixing barrel, then add the grout material, while feeding and stirring with electric stirring gun, until the powder is all added, and then continue to stir for 2-3 minutes, make the grout even.
◆Construction: evenly pour the mixed slurry onto the treated base surface, and then level off. Leveling should be completed within the construction time, after the construction of the machine should be immediately washed with water.
◆Maintenance: spray the curing agent or cover the plastic film immediately after the infusion, and cover the straw bag or rock quilt. Surface dry immediately watering, maintenance period of 3-7 days.

packing and storage
◆The product is packed in a moisture-proof bag, 25kg each. It shall be stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse with a valid period of 6 months. After the valid period, it shall be tested before use.
