Hl-3 anchoring agent is developed by our technical personnel on the basis of ordinary bolt. It integrates many kinds of excellent materials into one, with high hourly strength and enough working time. This product has the advantages of easy to use, high anchoring force, safety and reliability, low price and so on. It is especially suitable for the rapid construction of surrounding rock supported by bolts in underground engineering such as railway, tunnel, coal mine, bridge pier reinforcement, building seismic resistance and metallurgical mine.
Main technical properties of full anchor
◆The agent has the properties of fast setting, fast hardening, early strength and micro expansion.
◆When the water-cement ratio of u is 0.3, the initial setting lasts for 4-7 minutes and the final setting lasts for less than 10 minutes.
◆high early intensity: over 9.5mpa in 30 minutes, over 15.5mpa in 1 hour, and up to 45Mpa in 28 days.
◆anchoring force: half an hour drawing force is greater than 4 tons, one hour is greater than 6 tons.

Application technology
◆When u adopts the anchoring agent, the length of the bolt is >300mm.
◆only need to soak in water for one minute (10 seconds) to keep the water from bubbling.
◆feed cartridge: feed the soaked cartridge into the bottom of the hole steadily with the gun rod.
◆bolt: bolt into the hole, with a four-pound hammer or plate, into the hole bottom can be.
◆upper bracket: after the driven bolt stops for 25 minutes, the upper bracket can be tightened.
Packaging and storage
◆The product is packed in 25kg carton and 25cm carton with plastic bag protection.
◆Avoid damage and dampness during transportation and storage.
