Method of use
◆Through the experiment to determine the optimal content, generally for cement dosage of 0.5-1.5/ 10000 is appropriate, where the fly ash, extra fine sand needs to increase the content.
◆Dilution concentration: 1% aqueous solution can be prepared on site, namely water: aerator 99:1, and it can be used after mixing evenly. The diluted aqueous solution shall not exceed 7 days.
◆Concrete mixing order: first add water and dilute solution into the mixer for 30 seconds, then add cement, sand, and gravel in turn, and stir for 1-2 minutes, then it can be used out of the tank.
Matters needing attention
◆HLAE - type A as the agent, sticky, dilute the water temperature is not less than 70 ℃.
◆Acid, calcium and alkali substances should be avoided to mix with this agent.
◆Hjae-b is powder, can be added directly.
Packaging and storage
◆HLAE-A is to be packed in 200 kg plastic drum, which can also be provided with other packaging according to customer needs.
◆This product is strictly prohibited to be diluted in one container with calcium and acid water reducer, and should be added separately.
