Hl-8 grouting agent is a new material developed by our company for the filling of prestressed holes in post-tensioned beams. The grouting agent has the characteristics of excellent fluidity, good slurry stability, high filling degree, adjustable setting time, no shrinkage and high strength, which can improve the engineering quality of post-tensioning beam.

application scope

usage
◆It is suggested that the water-cement ratio (weight ratio) should be around 0.29 when u is used for grouting in prestressed holes. The water-cement ratio should be adjusted accordingly according to different grouting positions (you can consult the technical department of our company).
◆When u is mixed, according to the prescribed ratio, add the required mixing water (seawater, saline water and contaminated water are not allowed, and harmful substances such as chloride ions cannot exceed the standard);
◆use cement slurry mixer for stirring, and the mixing time shall be no less than 3-5min;
◆Before u perfusion, the slurry should be continuously stirred to maintain the homogeneity and fluidity of the slurry. The slurry must be used up within 45min.
◆Before u perfusion, the perfusion pressure of the pressure pump should be greater than 0.7mpa; During the vacuum grouting, the pressure is adjusted according to the experiment.
packaging storage
◆This product is powder, moisture-proof packing, 25kg/ bag.
◆should be stored in a cool and dry place, not directly on the cement floor, but on a wooden pallet or an overhead shelf. The original packaging is valid for 6 months.
