Hl-13 concrete curing agent is a film-forming substance with continuous phase as water and dispersed phase as -c-c, and is combined with other organic auxiliaries. When the agent is coated on the surface of newly formed concrete, a chemical film is formed after dispersion to cover the surface of concrete, preventing the free water in the newly formed concrete from too early and too much evaporation, so as to ensure the full hydration of cement to achieve the purpose of self-curing.
USES and effects
◆This agent is mainly used for the natural maintenance of all cement concrete and cement products, including cement concrete pavement, airport, dam, bridge, tunnel, aqueduct and other cement concrete engineering with great maintenance difficulty.

Method of use
◆The curing agent, when using can be diluted 1:1 to 1:2 to control spraying film, for cement concrete molding (plaster, dismantle) after the hair surface without watermarks, spray this agent in the concrete surface in the sprayer, sprinkler 30 centimeters away from the surface, spray workers standing on the windward, spraying line by line, in order to avoid leakage. It can be sprayed twice (the interval is about 1-2 hours).
Matters needing attention
◆The curing time of spraying this agent should be mastered correctly. Spraying too late will cause premature moisture and excessive evaporation of cement concrete, while spraying too early will reduce the binding force of curing agent on concrete, both of which affect the curing quality of concrete. The reasonable spraying time should be sprayed when there is no water stain on the surface of concrete after initial setting.
◆This curing agent is a light white transparent liquid, and the initial spray is similar to the natural color of concrete.
◆After spraying this agent, rain is encountered before sealing film is formed (generally 2-3 hours). Concrete surface will appear pitting, rain after the need to respray.
Packaging and storage
◆This product is packed in 200kg plastic drum. This product is made from original bucket seal storage temperature is not lower than 0 ℃. The shelf life is six months. Please keep this product free from frost.
