applied technical points
◆Surface rendering: before applying HLSD tunnel fire retardant coating, the primer must be used. The thickness of the primer shall be 1~2mm with a portable spray gun, and the underlying layer shall be basically even.
◆Fire retardant coating mixing: coating powder mixture, in the low speed mixer mixed with tap water right amount into thick slurry, its consistency should be suitable for application (consistency generally in about 8cm), half a time 5~10min, not too long, mix well can. Water consumption according to HLSD coating: water =1:0.86 or so.
◆Coating thickness: according to the request of fire protection coating thickness within the range of 0.5 ~ 2 cm choice, each coating thickness control in less than 1 cm, secondary daub is time interval for 24 h (when the temperature is 20 ℃). The time interval between ambient temperature and humidity should be adjusted accordingly.
