HLNOF-1 superplasticizer is a non - aerated superplasticizer synthesized by chemical engineering. Chemical name naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensation, which has a strong dispersive effect on cement particles. Application technical requirements
◆The powder is calculated according to the percentage of cementing material, the liquid product is converted according to the amount of solid content, and the water content is deducted from the proportion.
◆After mixing method is better, appropriate to extend the mixing time to facilitate uniformity.
◆Pieces of liquid should be used under the condition of the temperature of 15 ℃ above and storage, avoid the sodium sulfate crystallization.
Packaging and storage
◆Powder products shall be packed in double layers of inner plastic and outer woven bags, 25kg 0.25kg for each bag, and liquid shall be packed in iron drums or agreement bags.
◆Keep away from rain and moisture, and place in a dry and ventilated place.
◆The term of validity is three years, and it can continue to be used after passing the concrete test.
